Global Graduate Series
Our team developed a digital series to profile a global team, expose graduates to opportunities locally and on the continent and to position the brand as an employer of choice.
The Shy-red team content developed and hosted the series live, whilst offering tech and digital support to graduates to connect successfully.
There was a 200% increase in the quality of applicants (calibre and meeting criteria) for its graduate initiatives.
CA Trainee programme
Soft skills training for CA grads. Upskilling them to work and cope in high-performing teams. We developed the Work Readiness Programme Content and Facilitated Training internally.
Our Work Readiness Programme was a combination of soft skills and career path training for grad’s as they started their CA career.
We developed the Career Roadmap, a visual guide for planning career steps and personal development across the span of their career.
1st Virtual Internship for graduates
During COVID-19, our team created a virtual platform for JP Morgan, a global financial services institute, to run its Winter Internship Programme for graduates. We conducted work readiness training online, and facilitated a Virtual Innovations Challenge for students to compete for a spot on the internship programme.
The client needed an activation to expose graduates to the JP Morgan brand. Our team engineered a virtual innovations challenge enabling HR to recruit graduates for the internship programme, 100% virtually.

Graduate Mentorship Programme
Mentorship is an opportunity to meet, share and transfer these skills between high performing individuals and grad’s to advance their careers.
Our Mentorship Training Programme enabled mentor and mentee to understand their role, responsibilities and goal achievement on their mentorship journey.
Our Mentor and Mentee Journals enabled teams to navigate the journey, make notes at each mentorship session and list progress towards goals.
A standardised format for tracking the journey enabled HR, BU’s, mentors and mentees to measure results consistently.
